Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Automation Direct D2-09B-1 , DL205, Koyo parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Automation-Direct products, including obsoleted and phased-out Avtron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 B--R-Automation product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Automation-Direct such as the EA7T6CL10319B009 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A27345REVB manufactured by Avtron and we are pleased to be able to service most Avtron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3NC1506 by Manufacturer B--R-Automation as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Automation-For-Industry,-Inc. Brand AD1012 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Aval such as AVME115A equipment made by Aval have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Aval products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Aval" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CP430 made by B--R-Automation as well as the popular 3IF6229 original spares produced by B--R-Automation

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AV91AG0C001D by Cutler-Hammer and AVME115A spares by Aval are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A11021REVH Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Avtron.
